Project management includes project schedule management, project qualitymanagement and project cost management. Among them, the ultimate goal of theproject schedule management is to ensure that the project be completed within thetime limit prescribed in the contract, making the economic efficiency which is relatedto the entire project smoothly realized. Therefore, the progress of the project planningand control is a key part of project management. The progress of the project isaffected by the human resources, capital, technology, materials, machinery andequipment, geological and meteorological and appropriate strategies and measurescan be achieved through the scientific analysis of the above factors and managementof project progress. Analysis these factors can take full advantage of the favorablefactors while actively to overcome the negative factors, which also can develop morerealistic schedule and make the deviation of the actual and planned progress shrinkin the implementation process.Overall, the degree of project management in China is relatively low, themajority of enterprises use the traditional management methods. They mainly use theway that is through the income control to control the cost management, which is notbased on different project to use the appropriate methods of cost control and there isno corresponding adjustment to the implementation of change, lacking cost-theprogress of integrated control theory. For example, the use of earned value to the useand effectiveness of integrated control is not ideal and there is no established cost-theprogress of the integrated control system. At present, the real estate development andconstruction project is rarely to apply advanced management ideas and methods. Thispassage bases on the project-Xiao Gang city, combining with the win value method toresearch in engineering. I hope it can provide some help for a similar project progressmanagement.
