As the special vehicle which must be attached to building,the structure and the size of elevator change as difference of building.Now the design and the manufacture of elevator in our country mainly still rely on 2D graphics platform,which can't automatically maintain the arrangement relationship of parts.So this situation can lead to low efficiency when the change of design happens.But introduction of 3D CAD technology can realize the automatic maintenance of structure relationship among product parts;at the same time,combining with CAD parameterized design technology can make designers control size and structure of model directly through changing parameters of model,which can enormously improve design modification efficiency.Aiming at the above requirements and regarding design of car frame of elevator as application object,this article studied the critical technology and the implementation of parameterized design of car frame of elevator.Based on parameterization design function of “Creo Parametric” software,the development platform of Visual Studio 2005 and re-development tool Pro/TOOLKIT provided by Creo software,the parameterization design system of car frame of elevator was established by re-development of Creo Parametric.Main work includes:(1)According to the requirement about the design of car frame of elevator,application condition and structure trait of car frame of elevator are anaylsed.Based the parameters of system and rules comprised by the component composition table,group number and characteristic number,the drive parameter driving car frame of elevator can be figured out(2)The parameterized tool of Creo Parametric should be used comprehensively to realize parameterization of components.Firstly,sample model of each component should be established under the system of Creo Parametric.According to the geometrical feature and parameter relationship of each component,drive parameter between “INPUT” and “END INPUT” should be confirmed;size relativity among components and drive parameter should be set between “RELATIONS” and “END RELATIONS” to make components refreshed automatically as the parameter input by the user changes.(3)The parameterization design system of car frame of elevator is established.Using re-development tool Pro/TOOLKIT provided by Creo software to re-develop Creo Parametric,to make designers input drive parameter in interface,retrieval and modification of design parameter can be realized by the 3D model of car frame refreshed automatically by system.(4)Combining with ANSYS,Important components which are after parameterization of car frame of elevator should be checked in strength to make the design result of parameterization design system meet the strength requirement.
