Preliminary Research On The Spatial Concept And Mode Of The "Comprehensive Elderly Care Area" For Urban Old Community

China's aging is developing rapidly.The old urban community is one of the most severely aging areas.Compared with the newly built community,it has the characteristics of significant aging,large number of empty nesters and high dependence on community pension.At the same time,its own construction has a long history and low construction standards have also led to problems such as tight land use,space cramps and difficulties in reconstruction.The old-age community in the city is in a difficult situation.Based on the community pension development in the context of urban old communities,this study uses field surveys,interview surveys,chart data analysis,comparative studies,case studies and other methods to explore effective old age based on the correct understanding and interpretation of the current situation of community pension.New ideas for solving community pension problems.First of all,this study takes 12 old communities in Zhaohui Street of Hangzhou as the survey object.On the basis of policy analysis,it conducts a field survey of the construction and utilization of community pension facilities,revealing the status quo of old-age community pensions;The research carried out interviews and surveys on the participation of the three parties in the community pension,revealing the ideas of the participants in promoting the community pension and the difficulties they face now.They believe that the current community pension construction thinking is poorly adaptable in the old urban communities,and it is difficult to solve the complicated The pension problem.Next,this study cuts into the comprehensive strategy from the perspective of comprehensive strategy,analyzes and studies the integrated community pension facilities and their models at home and abroad,and combines community surveys to conduct a comparative analysis of the overall utilization status and comprehensive degree,revealing the integrated strategy.The suitability and advantages of the old community in the city;on this basis,the study proposes a new spatial model of the “comprehensive zone” for the old-age community in the city.Further,the study carried out detailed design of the scale scale,selection layout,construction content,staffing,morphological structure,space design and implementation path of the comprehensive zone construction,and formed a complete set of theoretical models,supporting policies and implementation paths.Combined integrated solution.Finally,the paper selects the Damuqiao community as the object to conduct empirical research on the comprehensive area.Through the analysis of background information such as location,surrounding resources,public non-age resources potential and community pension status,the design of the Damuqiao Comprehensive Zone was completed.Based on this,the user's willingness survey was conducted to obtain the satisfaction status.This study is an active attempt to solve the predicament of old-age care in urban communities.It explores the complexity of the current community pension policy,ignoring the complexity of the management system,making the space countermeasure difficult to implement and difficult to implement;turning to the concept of stock integration and comprehensive strategy Perspective;trying to fundamentally solve the problem of old-age care in the old urban communities of our country.It is hoped that it will lead the government and the academic community to pay attention to the old-age community in the city,promote the development of the community pension industry in China,and explore the community pension model with Chinese characteristics.
