| Logistics optimize center(LOC)is a new type of warehouse for a variety of logistics activities.Its advantage is breaking through the weakness of dispersion among traditional logistics facilities.LOC is a comprehensive logistics facilitywhich includ the processes of loading and unloading of goods,producing and processing,warehousing,distribution processing,delivery operations and reverse logistics.In order to adapt to the modern pattern of JIT production management mode,LOC breaks the original warehouse function mode,rebuilds the definition,functional areas designing and layout of functional areas.The planning area is more like a dynamic area within whole internal flow to coordinate operations and material circulation between the various functional areas.So,the scientific and reasonable planning and design of LOC is of great importance to the whole system.It would not only reduce the operation cost,but also improve the work efficiency of the whole operation process.Based on the theory of SLP method and the combination of theory and practice,the paper takes the W automobile logistics optimization center project as the background,and has completed the following research contents:First of all,the concept of LOC and the development of layout planning are summarized,and relevant theoretical basis of the functional areas of logistics center planning optimization are summarized as well,including the use of the algorithm to solve the optimization model based on the theoretical basis of the variety.Then the W automobile logistics optimization center project was introduced.The optimization methods of designing the project are described,which pointed out that the process of project implementation and the function area planning goal should be paid more attention.Then according to the different position of the various functional areas and functional areas in various types were introduced in detail,including assembly workshop,welding workshop and painting workshop,loc1,loc2,loc3,loc4,auxiliary function area and parking lot.Based on the traditional SLP planning method,a multi-objective optimization model for planning functional area optimization planning of regional logistics center was proposed.The goals of this model were correlation maximization and area utilization maximization.Based on the Non-Dominated Sorted Genetic Algorithm-II(NSGA II),the studyimproved the encoding and decoding algorithm of the rule of generating initial population conditions and individual genes.Finally,combined with the actual situation,the model was tested with two same important optimization degrees under the condition of the same solution.And the initial layout was adjusted to meet the actual situation.Through the research of the optimization of the automobile logistics center planning,it provides a theoretical basis for the planning of the implementation of the project.On the other hand,the optimization method can also be applied to other similar layout planning projects. |
