This paper takes Dongshan Bay waters along the coast of Fujian as the research object.With the accelerating pace of construction in Dongshan Bay,the number of ships entering and leaving Dongshan Bay has been increasing.Meanwhile,the economic development has also caused some difficulties in water transportation in this area.In this context,this paper studies the research status of ship alignment system at home and abroad,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different research methods and scope of application.On the other hand,the navigation environment of Dongshan Bay is fully investigated,including natural environment,port development status,port development planning and traffic environment.Meanwhile,the traffic conditions in Dongshan Bay waters are fully investigated and analyzed,including the traffic volume and cargo throughput,traffic flow survey,traffic accident statistical analysis and customary navigation law.Through the above investigation and analysis,we have fully grasped the basic situation of Dongshan Bay waters,and provided the basic support and important reference for the further planning and design.After conducting the above investigation and analysis,in order to improve the safety of navigation in Dongshan Bay waters,avoid and reduce the occurrence of water traffic accidents as far as possible,this paper proposes to study the planning of ship alignment system in Dongshan Bay waters,and puts forward three planning schemes according to the purpose,methods and measures of establishing ship alignment system..On this basis,by comparing different methods of ship routing safety evaluation,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,and studies the characteristics of the water area,and finally determines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the above three planning schemes by fuzzy optimization method to determine the optimal scheme.In the end,consulting the opinion of the expert,comparative analysis and other conventional evaluation methods to verify the rationality of the evaluation results,and ultimately put forward specific construction and implementation recommendations.
