The flourishing development of sea transport has made the scale of the crew school growing,also the demand for the practical system of ships is increasing.As an important component of ship power system,the marine auxiliary boiler has many defects,such as high risk of operation environment,large maintenance cost,and insufficient functions in operation examination and automatic evaluation.Because the simulation simulator can effectively solve the above problems,it has become the focus of the research of the crew schools.In this paper,the auxiliary boiler of ship is taken as the research object,and the Web technology as the development means,combined with the evaluation algorithm,we aim to develop a set of Web based practical operation evaluation system for marine auxiliary boiler.It also provides experience for developing simulation system by using Web technology in related fields.Firstly,by analyzing the technical parameters and working process of the simulation object,we divide the marine auxiliary boiler into several modules and make reasonable assumptions.We use mass conservation law,energy conservation law,thermodynamics and fluid mechanics to set up a mathematical model for each module.Considering the characteristics of automatic adjustment of the auxiliary boiler in drum level,boiler pressure and fuel temperature,we design control algorithms to control them.Secondly,the practical training simulation system is realized by using Web technology.The specific contents include:using Fireworks to draw maps;using CSS,HTML,JavaScript and front-end framework to realize the front-end page design;and the ASP dynamic web technology is used to match the Access database and the IIS server to realize the data storage,page release and page jump.Thirdly,with the crew operation specification and expert system,we advance a set of evaluation algorithm.The steps are as follows:first,we determine the index system of Marine auxiliary boiler with the expert experience;next,we analyse each index weight by using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp);then we formulate index membership function combined with the fuzzy theory;finally,we get the candidates scoring model by objective and subjective weighting method.Lastly,we test the operation evaluation system.The results show that the operation of the system accords with the operation logic of the auxiliary boiler actual system,and achieve the purpose of reasonable and effective scoring for student operation in the evaluation function.Web technology offers students to log in practice and examination at anytime and anywhere.At the same time,teachers are convenient to log in inquiries and operations anytime and anywhere.The flexibility of the simulation system is greatly enhanced.
