Research On The Construction Of Dynamic Blocks From The Perspective Of Urban Renewal

If the city is compared to an organic life,then the neighborhoods in the city are the cells of the city life.As the most basic material unit of urban space,block is the place where daily production and life activities take place most frequently in the city.Dynamic neighborhoods can not only improve the spatial quality of the city,but also greatly affect the quality of life and comfort of urban residents.Urban renewal is a necessary process in urban development.It is the purpose of urban renewal to transform the old and negative space in the city into a space that conforms to the development of the times and the function of the city.The old urban area in the city is often the key area of urban renewal.Due to historical,cultural,economic and other reasons,the block space of the old city often appears problems such as structural and functional mismatch,showing a sense of vitality exhaustion.However,with the rapid progress of urban renewal,many neighborhoods in the old urban area have changed beyond recognition,and even lost their former vitality.This paper takes the blocks in the old urban area of Jinan as the main research object and tries to explore how to protect and build the dynamic neighborhoods in the old urban area in the process of urban renewal.The article is mainly divided into two parts: basic research and subject research.The basic research starts with the research background of this paper,and interprets the key words of the article,such as urban renewal,neighborhood,vitality and vitality.Regarding the research on dynamic neighborhoods and urban renewal,the author collates the theoretical achievements of scholars at home and abroad to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the construction model and strategy of dynamic neighborhoods in the main research.In the basic research,five typical cases of dynamic neighborhoods are selected for research and analysis.these neighborhoods have declined and lost their vitality because of material,structural,age and other reasons.in the process of urban renewal,the local government through different vitality design to make them re-attract popularity and gain vitality.In the main body study,firstly,the characteristics and evaluation criteria ofvitality district are studied,in which the evaluation standard of vitality district is mainly analyzed and studied from two aspects: material factor evaluation factor and human factor evaluation factor.The author selects four typical blocks in the old city of Jinan to analyze the characteristics and summarizes the reasons for the lack of vitality or lack of vitality in the old city of Jinan.Based on the analysis and summary of the problems of the old urban district of Jinan,the article finally analyzes the vitality construction of four urban block models with different forms and functions:small-scale block,traditional street,commercial block and historical and cultural block.it also puts forward the construction strategies of creative blocks,cultural and creative blocks and green ecological blocks,which are lack in the old urban areas of Jinan at present.This paper makes a case planning for the vitality construction of Jinan science and technology market block in Jinan old city and the old factory area of Jinan No.4 National Cotton Factory and expects to provide suggestions and reference for the construction of old urban district in the process of urban renewal.at the same time,sort out the deficiencies and problems found in the process of subject research.
