The maintenance workshop of Sujiatun District Locomotive Depot is an important department in the locomotive system of Shenyang Railway Group,which plays an important role in the economic and social development of railway transportation.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable salary system,supporting a reasonable and effective management,can fully realize the inherent value of the enterprise employees can also contribute to the enterprise itself and the country more economic benefits.The State Railway Group was officially set up on March 17,2003,and the company system reform was carried out.After the reform,the salary management system of the employees of some branches of the State Railway Group has not been implemented,as a result,the current salary management system can not meet the current enterprise development,and there is a certain gap with the development of other related business,the incentive role of salary can not be well played.This paper takes the maintenance workshop of Sujiatun District Locomotive Depot as the research object,carries on the validity analysis and research to the maintenance workshop internal human resources present situation and the organization internal structure,synthesizes the staff to the salary satisfaction survey,this paper analyzes and summarizes the outstanding problems existing in the present salary management system of the overhaul workshop in this section,for example,the salary standard of the existing workers in the overhaul workshop is out of line with the reality,the technical grade of the workers is difficult to match with the skill salary,the salary standard of the workers is set irrationally,the effect of overtime work and living subsidy is very small,and the correlation between the one-off Bonus and the basic performance salary is relatively low.In this paper,we use the method of combining Quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to reveal the cause of the problem of salary management in the workshop.Starting with the status quo of the salary system of the overhaul workshop,combining the modern salary concept with the broad-band salary theory and the human resources inside the overhaul workshop,the advantages of the broad-band salary theory system can be maximized,therefore,the paper analyzes and formulates the improvement of the salary feasibility plan which accords with the maintenance workshop,and at the same time,evaluates the effect of the improvement plan.The purpose of this paper is to rely on the above analysis to establish a corresponding system which is consistent with the maintenance workshop and has obvious incentive effect with the maintenance workshop,thus,it has laid a good foundation for enhancing the salary satisfaction of the workers in this maintenance workshop and mobilizing their work enthusiasm,in order to guide the deep development and reform of the compensation system of the staff in the maintenance workshop of the State Railway Group subsidiary company,it has certain guiding significance and practical significance.
