In recent years,as the competitive pressure between ports and ports has intensified,port companies are facing enormous challenges on the road of development and transformation.Since 2010,the State Council has successively released development plans for several port areas.China’s port environment has undergone major changes.Port enterprises urgently need to integrate resources,change operating methods,and accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading of port enterprises.This thesis takes Ningbo Zhoushan Port Company as the research object,it makes a study on the profit pattern of Ningbo Zhoushan Port from the perspective of financial professional,and evaluates its financial ability.The purpose is to further enrich the theory of profit pattern by effectively exploring the application scope of the port enterprise profit pattern.In the writing process,the research methods of literature analysis and case analysis are mainly used.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background,purpose,significance and literature review,and then briefly expounds the related theories such as profit pattern,value chain and financial evaluation.Secondly,this thesis introduces the industry status,characteristics,industrial value chain and profit pattern of China’s port logistics industry.Furthermore,the thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the basic situation,industrial value chain and profit pattern framework of Ningbo Zhoushan Port,and then analyses and evaluates the financial capability of Ningbo Zhoushan Port from a financial perspective.Finally,this thesis summarizes the current profit pattern of Ningbo Zhoushan Port,discusses its future development expectations and disadvantages.In conclusion,based on the research basis of relevant theories and the analysis of the actual development of Ningbo Zhoushan Port,this thesis believes that the comprehensive profit pattern of the diversified development of Ningbo Zhoushan Port has far-reaching impact on the future development of ports and port enterprises.The demonstration-based profit pattern provides a successful experience for other port companies in the industry that need to be rectified.
