Distribution network is the final step of power supply to the user,the stability of distribution network directly affects the quality and reliability of power supply.The performance of the distribution network directly affects the power user experience of electricity.The entire power system is directly evaluated on the stability of distribution network.Therefore,providing high-quality products and services to customers is the key to the power system and the power consumer,which directly affects users' final evaluation of the power supply system.Based on the background of distribution network automation,this paper expounds the practical significance of distribution network automation and analyzes the development status of distribution automation at home and abroad.Generally speaking,the distribution network can be divided into three categories according to the different voltage levels: high-voltage distribution network(110/66/35kV),medium-voltage distribution network(20/10/6/3kV)and low-voltage distribution network(380/220V).Taking distribution network of Shenyang as an example,combined with the distribution network structure and characteristics of Shenyang,the significance development of distribution network automation monitoring system is illustrated.According to the structure and characteristics of distribution network,the concept and content of distribution network automation are expounded.In this paper,the basic structure of the system is analyzed,the overall functional requirements and software requirements of the master station are explained,and the overall design scheme is proposed.According to the modular design principle,the functional modules of the monitoring system are classification designed.Including the main control circuit module,storage module,power sampling module,switch input/output module,power module,clock module and other monitoring system intelligent terminal design are realized.According to the functional requirements of the master station,the overall design of the master station software,the communication between the master station and the intelligent terminal,the database management and so on are proposed.Through the design of distribution network automation monitoring system,it can meet the requirements of distribution network automation.Through function design,hardware selection,software program and debugging,the overall function of the monitoring system is realized.The application of monitoring system in distribution automation greatly improves the automation level of distribution network in power supply enterprises.The maintenance management efficiency is improved.The time for troubleshooting and handling is effectively shorten.Distribution network conditions,power quality,economic and social benefits are all improved.
