With the development of motion movie technology,the research and application of dynamic seats have gradually attracted widespread attention from many researchers.4D dynamic seats play an important role in dynamic cinema systems.In practical applications,it can simulate special effects such as swing,dive,vibration,and fall based on the storyline in the film,and with environmental effects such as storms and lightning set in the theater system,it can bring a full range of sensory experience to the audience.Compared with the traditional film form,it has stronger appeal.However,in the process of developing applications,some problems such as the difficulty of film production and the poor synchronization between the film and the simulated actions are gradually exposed,and further efforts are needed for this.Aiming at the main problems currently facing,this paper studies the 4D dynamic seat control system in combination with the servo drive system.The specific work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of high production cost,long production cycle,and inability to meet market demands of 4D motion movie motion files,this paper proposed a dynamic seat data acquisition solution combining software and hardware.The motion data acquisition device is designed and developed to quickly complete the collection of motion information of the movie,and then the data is optimized and processed in cooperation with the fully functional upper computer software to obtain the motion file.This solution can not only reduce the production cost,but also improve the efficiency and quality of data collection,and solve the problems faced to a certain extent.(2)Aiming at the problem of poor coordination performance between the axes of a multi-axis servo system with a motion seat as the application background,this paper proposed a deviation coupling control strategy based on a sliding mode controller.This method considers the running status of each servo in the system,so that the input of each servo includes both its own feedback information and the deviation information between itself and other servos,which improves the accuracy of the error information processed by the sliding mode controller.The simulation results show that this method can eliminate the tracking error of each servo and the synchronization error between the servos during the operation of the system,so that the system has a good cooperative performance.(3)Aiming at the problem of poor synchronization performance between the storyline and the related actions performed by the motion seat during the film screening process,this paper proposed a 4D motion seat control system combining a PC and a programmable controller.While the movie is playing,the host computer transmits the matching motion information of the movie to the lower computer in real time,and then controls the servo drive system to perform the corresponding action to complete the action simulation task.The control software with complete functions and the servo drive control system with excellent performance improve the synchronization performance between the two.
