Since the reform and opening up,China's construction industry has developed very rapidly,the total output value of the construction industry has continued to increase,and the number of employees has increased year by year.However,behind the rapid development,there are also many problems.The construction industry employees are mainly migrant workers,the overall quality and skills are low,the "five insurances and one gold" insurance rate is lower than the average level of other industries,wage arrears are serious,basic legal rights and interests are not guaranteed,and project quality and safety accidents occur frequently,seriously threatening life and property safety.The main reason for these problems is the low professionalism of construction workers in China.The problem of professionalization of construction workers has become a key issue of concern to the government,and it is of great practical significance to study the problem of professionalization of construction workers.Based on the four objectives of the professional development of construction workers,this paper builds an evaluation index system for the professional development of construction workers,uses the analytic hierarchy process to empower the index system,and then combines the questionnaire survey to the professional development of construction workers in Anhui Province.According to the current situation,the research found that the comprehensive score of construction workers' professionalization in Anhui Province was 2.87,and the scores of the four professionalization goals of organization of employment,contractualization of labor relations,standardization of behavior and full-time employment were 2.86,1.73,1.55 and 3.73,respectively.The level of construction workers professionalization in Anhui Province is low,and there is still a big gap with the optimal goal of professionalization;there are many key factors that affect the professionalization of construction workers,according to the size of the impact: full-time,job change frequency,training venue,contract duration,training time,length of service,training cost and average daily working hours,etc.From the design path,it can be found that the government does not pay enough attention to the professional development of construction workers;the "contractor" type of informal employment model has become a major obstacle to the professional development of construction workers;therelevant policies and systems for the professional development of construction workers are not perfect;construction Enterprises have not implemented the relevant policies and systems for the professional development of existing construction workers;construction workers do not pay much attention to their career development.To address these issues,design the development path of promoting the organization of construction workers 'employment,promoting the contractualization of construction workers' labor relations,improving the standardization of construction workers' behaviors,and implementing construction workers' full-time employment from three dimensions: individual,industry,and society.From three dimensions of individual,industry and society,specific policy recommendations for the full implementation of the professional development path of construction workers are proposed.
