Research On The Obstacles And Countermeasures Of The Professional Development Of The New Generation Construction Workers In Northern Jiangsu Province

As a pillar industry of China’s economic construction,construction workers have made great contributions to its rapid development.At present,although the number of workers in China’s construction industry is large,the degree of professionalization is not high,which is mainly reflected in the low professional skills and quality of construction workers,the non-standard signing of employment contracts by enterprises,the non-protection of labor rights and interests of construction workers,and the non-standard enterprise management,which seriously hinder the transformation and sustainable development of the construction industry,Improving the professional level of construction workers is an inevitable trend in the development of the industry,but the reality is that there are many factors that hinder the professional development of construction workers,especially the new generation of construction workers as the main force of the industry.Considering that the economic level and industrial foundation are different in different regions,Therefore,it is necessary to study the obstacles to the professional development of the new generation of construction workers in specific areas.Firstly,from the current situation of construction enterprises and labor supply and demand,this thesis analyzes the development status of the construction industry in Northern Jiangsu.At present,the economy in Northern Jiangsu maintains rapid development.However,the aging phenomenon of construction workers continues to intensify,the new forces continue to decrease,and the professional skills of construction workers are low,which also puts great pressure on the construction industry.The improvement of labor productivity undoubtedly points out the direction for the development of the construction industry.As long as we improve the professional skills of construction workers,improve the industrial development of construction workers,and attract a large number of surplus labor force to enter the construction industry,the problems of the construction industry in Northern Jiangsu can be solved.Secondly,through the combination of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview,we investigated the current situation of the professional development of the new generation of construction workers in Northern Jiangsu,and collected 253 effective questionnaires.Through the statistical analysis of the response data of the sample population,we learned the current situation of the professional level of the new generation of construction workers in Northern Jiangsu and their satisfaction with the current work,Through in-depth analysis,this thesis summarizes the main problems existing in the professionalization of the new generation of construction workers in Northern Jiangsu.Then,through literature research and expert interviews,30 obstacles to the professional development of the new generation of construction workers in Northern Jiangsu are summarized and identified from the six dimensions of individual,enterprise,industry,society,government and location.On this basis,the expert scoring table is generated with the help of Yaahp software,and relevant experts in Northern Jiangsu are invited to score,Through the group decision panel function,the index scores of 10 experts are calculated,the weight of each obstacle factor is obtained,and the key influencing factors are obtained;Finally,according to the key influencing factors,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the professional development of the new generation of construction workers in Northern Jiangsu.The research results of this thesis enrich the analysis of the obstacles to the professional development of the new generation of construction workers in Northern Jiangsu,investigate and analyze the current situation of the professional development of the new generation of construction workers in Northern Jiangsu,and the proposed countermeasures can provide a certain reference value for all construction participants,so as to significantly improve the professional level of construction workers in Northern Jiangsu through the joint efforts of many parties.This thesis consists of 8 graphs,24 tables and 106 references.
