With the vigorous development of tourism in our country,rural tourism has gradually become the most potential tourism activity in China,because of its potential development resources,More and more people love the rural,The rural lifestyle about Drinking and talking about the crop situation Become a common life for people.But at the moment,The research on the post Occupancy Evaluation of After transforming evaluation of tourism villages in China still in Starting stage,All aspects of research data and achievements are still not perfect.This thesis uses Chuxiong Zixi Village as a case study,Based on research and attention from many scholars,Villagers as the subject of evaluation.Based on the current situation of the case,Fully integrates and absorbs psychology?sociology?Environmental Psychology and Interdisciplinary theory and methods.Selected indicators refer to relevant human settlements theoretical system,From three levels cut in about the physical environment?social environment?Human behavior environment,Scientifically?Systematic?applicability as a principle?Trying to build a post-evaluation model and method suitable for use in the reconstruction of Zixi Village.use of on-site observation?Field survey?As a survey of current research methods combined with interviews.Analyze the differences in the importance of different indicators for different stakeholders.Through the final quantification of each index,Detailed description of the overall performance of the built environment index system and the differences in the performance of individual indicators.This thesis Combine the evaluation results with the actual situation of the reconstruction of Zixi Village,To propose strategies for the transformation of tourist villages,Provide optimization at the planning and design level,Provide reference for subsequent reconstruction of tourism villages and Some Common Design Strategies for the Construction of Tourist Villages.Finally Combine research results and Rethinking the problems presented in practice,Then review and look at the entire research process.
