With the steady development of China's power industry and the rapid growth of transmission line length,the daily maintenance of transmission lines and the timely detection of defects are the key means to ensure the normal operation of transmission lines.The most universal and common way of line inspection is to use helicopter as the vehicle for power inspection,equipped with professionals and equipment to inspect the line,and record and report defects.However,because helicopter electric power operations are extremely vulnerable to severe weather and air control restrictions,the efficiency of this type of operation is low,and the task of line inspection is often overdue and cannot be completed in time.At present,there is no special evaluation link for helicopter power operation,and it is impossible to make scientific suggestions on its operation method objectively.Therefore,how to establish a comprehensive and reasonable helicopter power operation efficiency evaluation method to provide a reference for its power operation quality is an urgent problem to be solved in the current power inspection industry.After studying the evaluation methods in related fields,it is found that the key to the evaluation method is index system model and index data mining.Selecting important indexes is the premise of a reasonable and comprehensive evaluation,which ensures a low correlation and a wide coverage among the indexes,so as to establish an evaluation index body model.And then this paper selected the appropriate index value method to calculate the weight according to the attributes of the index and the characteristics of the evaluation object.Based on the field investigation and related annual reports and other data,this paper firstly identified all indicators for the effectiveness of the helicopter power inspection process.In order to solve the problem of excessive overlap between indexes,this paper established the evaluation index system using principal component analysis(pca)for screening index.Secondly,in order to ensure the rationality and scientific nature of the index weight,this paper used analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method to calculate the comprehensive weight synthetically.Finally,in order to solve the problem of index correlation and dimension difference,this paper consulted relevant data and used the generalized Mahalanobis distance as the index data value,and also performed a weighted calculation of the comprehensive score.Aiming at the comprehensive quality evaluation of helicopter electrical operations,this paper evaluated the following aspects from six dimensions: the helicopter electrical operation's operating capacity,resource utilization rate,and economic benefits,etc.And the evaluation results are displayed directly by radar map.Through the empirical analysis and case verification of different data samples,the evaluation method can better reflect the real advantages and disadvantages of helicopter power operation efficiency.Besides,in the practical application,the accuracy and practical application value of the evaluation methods are further verified.
