Guangxi Practical Village Planning

With the in-depth implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy,a large number of funds,projects and talents will flow to rural areas in the coming period,and rural construction and development will embrace major opportunities.Improving the living environment,protecting rural characteristics,developing modern agricultural industry,inheriting excellent rural culture and promoting rural governance are important contents of rural construction and development.To build,first planning,village planning is an important basis for rural revitalization strategyIn recent years,a large number of traditional village plans have been prepared in Guangxi by means of centralized village and town planning,and the coverage of village planning in the whole region has been expanded year by year.However,most of the completed village plans are not practical enough due to the lack of villagers' deep participation,the lack of comprehensiveness and depth of investigation and research,the lack of response to villagers' needs and the lack of applicability of the compiled results.By analyzing the successful cases of village planning and construction at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the specific problems existing in guangxi unified village planning,such as unclear positioning,insufficient resources investigation and detailed industrial planning.hrough the in-depth study of the planning of lumei village in naman town,tianyang county,this paper puts forward the key points and strategies for practical village planning,that is,to enhance the practicality of village planning by comprehensively investigating village resources,responding to the specific needs of villagers,making concise and understandable planning results,and establishing a long-term management mechanism.To improve the living environment,strengthen the economic foundation of the village,enhance the rural culture to provide a design blueprint.
