Research On The Prediction Of Green Construction Incremental Cost Of Construction Engineering

In recent years,China's construction industry has developed in an extensive way over a long period of time,which has consumed a large amount of resources and at the same time caused damage to the ecological environment However,because the development of green construction in China is relatively backward,it has not been widely spread,mainly because construction enterprises consider that in green construction,the cost is high,the economic benefit is low,and the construction measures are complicated,etc.The popularization of green construction is seriously hindered.On this basis,the paper studies the measures of green construction incremental cost,and predicts green construction incremental cost by mold and support regression vector machine model.Based on the topic of this paper,firstly,the existing problems and development of green construction in China's current construction industry are analyzed,and the research status of cost forecasting methods at home and abroad is expounded,this paper systematically expounds the relevant connotations and theories of green construction and its incremental cost,analyzes the cost composition of green construction incremental cost,and identifies the measures of green construction incremental cost of construction projects,the factors that have a greater impact on green construction incremental cost are determined by frequency statistics method,and the measures that have a greater impact on green construction incremental cost are verified and analyzed by factor analysis method,the similarity between the sample project and the project to be tested is calculated by the principle of proximity in the mold and the mathematics,and the incremental cost prediction model of green construction is built by the support vector machine,in this paper,a case of green construction engineering is cited to analyze and calculate the incremental cost of green construction,and the support vector machine model is applied to the case.Through the research,the paper provides a feasible method of green construction incremental cost forecast for Chinese construction enterprises,improves the economic benefit of green construction,and achieves the goal of reducing cost and increasing benefit,it will promote the popularization of the green construction of our country's construction project and play an important role in the development of the green construction of our country.
