The first two decades of the twenty-first century,With the strengthening of the economic foundation,people's awareness of historical and cultural protection has gradually risen,Our urban development changes from incremental to stock,from construction to management.As an important urban cultural landscape,historical blocks have also undergone the transformation from top-down demolition and transformation to bottom-up organic renewal in my country.In this historical process of transformation,a large number of historical dis in our country have undergone protective planning,repair,and renovation.Some have been completed,and some are in progress.At present,many scholars have done a lot of research on the space,protection,utilization and use evaluation of historical blocks.However,in the practice of protection and utilization,there is still a lack of comprehensive quantitative evaluation.Partly because the district is currently at a turning point in the historical development of the protection construction,on the other hand due before data acquisition techniques lack,there is little research in this area.The popularity of mobile Internet generated a lot of evaluation data,point data,movement data,This makes it possible for us to trace the protection and utilization of historical blocks in time,At the same time,GIS and other analysis platforms provide us with effective analysis tools,Combine the new data acquisition and analysis technology to extract the performance indicators of the historical block from the environmental,economic and social aspects.This article is based on previous research framework for the acquisition and processing of data accumulation and cultural landscape of the city.For the evaluation of historical blocks combining performance concept,sustainable development concept,landscape urbanism and historical landscape characteristics,Through the entropy weight method and fuzzy analysis method,establish the index evaluation system and establish the weight relationship,Among them,the acquisition of landscape performance index evaluation content is combined with the new data environment to construct the landscape performance evaluation tool,Used to more comprehensively describe the development status and development situation of the historical block,and put forward the sustainable development strategy of the historical block.After establishing the landscape performance evaluation tool for historical blocks,this paper conducted an empirical study on the Sanfangqixiang in Fuzhou.And according to the evaluation results,put forward the strategy of sustainable development of historical blocks.The research found that Sanfangqixiang has implemented the protection plan at a relatively high level in the protection and construction work.However,in the development process,there are indeed cases where the non-local cultural characteristic commercial space has grown rapidly and the number of tourists has increased significantly.Finally,the cultural influence of Sanfangqixiang has grown in both physical spaces and virtual networks.In the future management and development work,Sanfangqixiang should establish a dynamic protection monitoring mechanism in the space environment,In the economic aspect,explore the development model of circular economy and develop and promote the traditional culture of historical blocks at the same time,combine the multiple integration of cultural transmission characteristics of the new era,enhance social influence,display traditional cultural style and urban charm.From the three perspectives of environmental benefits,economic benefits,and social benefits,the sustainable development of the Sanfangqixiang historical block is finally achieved.
