Research On The Planning Of Rural Complex In Xiaoqiu Town, Yaozhou District, Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province

The “Rural Complex” is a comprehensive rural development model integrating modern agriculture,leisure tourism and rural communities.The purpose is to promote the development of agriculture and promote a sustainable model of integration of the three industries through tourism.From the perspective of planning,this paper integrates the theories of agro-ecology,urban-rural planning,soil and water conservation,etc.,through the analysis of relevant literature,field research,case analysis and other methods to carry out planning research and discussion on the rural complex,combined with the hilly town garden The planning of the complex has been carried out in practice.The following conclusions were drawn through research.1.Combine the site conditions,develop the agricultural industry with apple cultivation and primary processing,and combine the rural tourism to form an industrial pattern of integration of three industries,and determine the planning concept of “Xiangshan Fruit Language”;2.According to the current conditions,the planning structure forms “three axes: transportation,tourism,production” and “three sectors: modern agriculture,cultural tourism,and residential areas”,which makes the structure of the rural complex more clear;3.The upgrading of existing villages highlights the village style of the kiln and integrates into the tourism service system;priority is given to the construction of infrastructure such as roads for production,water conservancy of agricultural plates,and residential plate environment.Through the planning and research of the rural complex,I hope to have reference to similar planning.
