Evaluation And Optimization Of Public Facilities Layout In Handan

This paper takes Handan city as the research object,quantifies and analyzes the existing public facilities based on the urban construction status of Handan city,evaluates and optimizes the spatial layout of urban public facilities,and provides effective reference for Handan urban planning.First of all,the paper examines the relevant studies at home and abroad,and sorts out the relevant methods and theories.Sort out the classification and allocation methods of public facilities,and make comments and summaries to understand the requirements for public facilities in the new era.Then,the paper analyzes and evaluates the layout of urban public facilities from the perspectives of public facilities and residential areas.The analysis from the perspective of public facilities includes: the construction of medical facilities,commercial facilities and educational facilities is perfect,the distribution is balanced and the distribution is fair;The analysis from the perspective of residential areas is as follows: residential areas of different locations are selected,supporting facilities in residential areas of living circles are taken as the standard,and the availability of surrounding public facilities in residential areas is studied.Based on the acquisition of interest point data and GIS analysis function,GIS spatial kernel density analysis method,buffer coverage analysis method and spatial autocorrelation Moran Index Calculation method of spatial autocorrelation are used to evaluate the current characteristics of the spatial distribution of public facilities in Handan city.Based on the above analysis,the following conclusions are briefly summarized:From the perspective of public facilities,the perfection of medical facilities and middle schools in Handan is poor;The balanced distribution of commercial and medical facilities is higher,followed by primary schools and poor in middle schools;In comparison of the balance between urban areas,Hang Shan district and Cong Tai district are relatively high and almost the same,while Fu Xing district is somewhat different from the former two;The distribution fairness of all kinds of facilities is good on the whole,but the distribution fairness of medical facilities is poor and due to the nature of land use,the fairness of Fu Xing district needs to be improved;Form two facilities resource core area,namely New Century shopping center and Conde shopping center-railway station area.From the perspective of residential area,the availability of supporting public facilities in residential area life circle is gradually decreasing from downtown to surrounding area;The south of Cong Tai district and the north of Hang Shan district are the best areas for supporting facilities.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the layout of the corresponding advice is given,and select the residential facilities availability weakest two residential area as the research object,has carried on the on-the-spot investigation,the surrounding facilities layout is made a concrete analysis to the village,to understand the fundamental needs of residents,and more feasible optimization Suggestions respectively.Hope to provide support for the layout planning of urban public facilities and provide reference for scientific decision-making.
