Research On The Gardening Method Of Tibetan Buddhism Temples

Tibetan Buddhist temple gardens,as one of the important elements of Chinese traditional culture,are not only noble religious beliefs,but also the inheritance and embodiment of national cultural self-confidence.The two existing Tibetan Buddhism flourishes are located in the Qinghai-Tibet region and Beijing.After several generations of baptism,the protection and restoration of Tibetan Buddhist temple gardens has become the responsibility and mission of contemporary people.To this end,the author started with the Tibetan Buddhist temples in Beijing,conducted relevant research,analyzed,summarized,and in-depth research on the spatial layout,form,and garden elements of the temple,and proposed more complete design suggestions for specific cases.This thesis combines theory with actual cases.On the one hand,it shows the development of Tibetan Buddhist temple gardens and the gardening techniques,and on the other hand,the specific Deshou in practice can be as well kowned.The western garden landscape plan of the temple is discussed as a practical study of Tibetan Buddhist temple gardens.The specific research methods mainly include field measurement,shooting,historical materials review and other methods to obtain data,analysis,induction,and summary to complete the final demonstration results.The study concluded that:The unique Tibetan Buddhist temple garden is an important urban cultural element in the Qinghai-Tibet region.The Tibetan Buddhist temple gardens in Beijing are influenced by the dual cultures of Han and Tibet to form a unique garden shape.The large spatial layout,small paving and planting combine the religious elements of Tibetan Buddhism and the unique characteristics of Beijing.The elements of the royal gardens create a unique garden space with unique religious beliefs and strong sense of order in Beijing.The characteristic road squares,garden essays,green plants and so on all reflect the unique cultural charm of Beijing.As an important representation of a city,and as an important cultural image of a nation,the preservation and restoration of historical sites of the ancient city has important practical significance for national rejuvenation.As far as the value of cultural revival and historical protection is concerned,the renewal and reconstruction of the temple garden of Deshou Temple is to inherit the landscape elements of traditional Tibetan Buddhist temple gardens,and to take the modern gardening needs as the main entry point to create a Inheriting and new garden landscapes that suit the needs of today's people.The reconstruction of the garden landscape of Deshou Temple is a new renewal of the ancient city of Beijing and a new opportunity for cultural rejuvenation.
