In today’s increasingly serious environmental pollution and energy crisis,governments of all countries pay more attention to the protection of ecological resources and the sustainable development of human society.As one of the important industries of environmental pollution and energy consumption,the construction industry has become an issue of concern to the academic community.Green buildings have brought new opportunities for the sustainable development of the construction industry.At present,countries around the world have formed a system for the energy consumption and evaluation standards of green buildings.However,the research on the design and project management of green buildings is still not deep enough.Based on the above background,this paper develops the research of green building engineering management and its evaluation system,in order to give concrete ideas to the design and application of green building engineering management and evaluation system,so as to promote the further development of green building in China,At the same time,this paper combines the project research of Honorary Wharf Office Building,which is expected to give full play to the functions and benefits of green building.The research work of this paper includes:(1)The research background and significance of the subject are discussed in depth,and the existing problems and the urgency of solving the problems are put forward.(2)Through the definition of the concept of green building and the study of green building design theory and green building life cycle engineering management theory,the theoretical basis for the evaluation system research is laid.(3)Based on the life cycle theory,this paper conducts a universal research on the engineering management of green buildings,which involves four life stages: development management,design management,construction management and operation management of green buildings,and is verified by the engineering management case of green buildings in honorary wharf office buildings.(4)Closely surrounding the actual requirements and characteristics of engineering management of green buildings,an evaluation system suitable for green building engineering management is constructed based on AHP analytic hierarchy process.(5)According to the specific situation of the green building planning and design in the Honorary Wharf office building,the evaluation system constructed in this paper has been applied in detail,and finally the quantitative analysis and evaluation of the green building engineering management level in the Honorary Wharf office building is realized.Verifies the value of the research.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1)Based on the life cycle theory,the project management of green building is studied.The results are applicable in a wide range and have great popularization value.(2)Based on AHP,a quantitative evaluation model for green building project management is constructed.The model calculates the single-ranking method in detail.When the judgment matrix does not have the consistency condition,the approximate weight is obtained by normalization,thus realizing the optimization of the traditional calculation process.
