Although the development history of solar energy utilization technology has been more than 300 years,the conversion efficiency of solar energy is still less than 30% due to the low energy density of sunlight and the characteristics of being easily affected by seasons,geographical locations and weather.How to improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy has been a big problem troubling people.In this paper,the azimuth-altitude Angle dual-axis solar sun tracking system is designed based on the MCU control technology from the perspective of extending the time of direct solar energy.The track of the sun is calculated in advance by the method of tracking the track of the sun as seen from the sun,and the solar panel is controlled by MCU controller to achieve accurate tracking.This paper mainly introduces three parts,namely,the calculation of the apparent motion track,the design of the structure of the sun tracking system and the design of the control system.Based on the Keil embedded development environment,the sun Angle calculation and the compilation of the sun tracking program are completed.The sun tracking system in this paper has the following characteristics:1.Equipped with GPS positioning module,it can realize the automatic acquisition of longitude and latitude geographic position information and time information;2.A dual-axis tracking scheme of altitude Angle and azimuth Angle is designed.The solar panel can realize two forms of motion tracking: horizontal axis and equatorial axis;3.This paper adopts the lightweight design and designs the wind speed sensor module to automatically respond to the interruption program in the strong wind environment,protecting the solar sun tracking system from damage caused by the strong wind.The solar sun tracking system designed in this paper can track the sun's motion path and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar array by extending the direct sunlight time.Compared with the fixed power generation system,the power of the sun-chasing system designed in this paper increases by 43.8%,which is an obvious increase.Therefore,solar tracking technology is an important and feasible way to solve the low conversion rate of solar energy,and the research of solar tracking technology is of great significance to promote the development of solar energy utilization technology.
