| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the orderly advancement of urban construction,many cities have built a large number of public buildings,such as exhibition centers,technology centers,transportation hubs,stadiums,etc.The reticulated shell structure largely meets the architectural aesthetics and spatial layout requirements of large public buildings.At the same time,its design nodes are numerous,span and construction difficult,which also poses challenges for the quality management of such projects.Especially with the increase of the scale of reticulated shell projects,the quality relationship between processes is more and more complicated,and the limitations of traditional quality management theories and methods are increasingly prominent.This paper refers to the quality management method of industrial products,introduces the quality chain theory and management method into the construction quality management and upgrading of reticulated shell structure,changes the limitations of experience judgment in quality management in the past,and focuses on the sub-work or sub-work that constitutes the quality of the project.Firstly,the construction engineering quality management theory,the reticulated shell construction theory and the quality chain theory were elaborated,which laid a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.On this basis,the quality chain-based quality improvement model of the reticulated shell structure is constructed,which mainly solves the difficult and difficult process and quality bottleneck problem that affects the overall quality of the project scientifically and accurately under the complex process relationship of the reticulated shell structure.On the basis of the construction of the theoretical model,in the construction case of the high-altitude bulk method net shell structure of the Gymnasium of Yunnan Normal University,the quality chain-based reticulated shell quality improvement model is used to identify key processes and propose targeted quality improvement measures to effectively improve the construction quality of the project and achieve the expected quality management objectives.Finally,a comprehensive summary and objective analysis of the research results of this paper are carried out,and the shortcomings of the research are analyzed.The further research directions are prospected and briefly discussed. |
