The Research On Quality Management Of New Deep Water Wells For Drinking At Village-level In Shi-Qu County

Hydatidosis is a serious and harmful disease in Tibetan and animal husbandry areas in western China.Hydatidosis not only brings serious harm to the health of patients,but also costs a large amount of savings for the treatment of hydatidosis.However,most of the areas where hydatidosis occurs frequently are economically underdeveloped areas,and patients return to poverty due to disease,leading to the local economy unable to develop.In order to improve the livelihood and well-being of Tibetan people and promote the economic development of Tibetan areas,the prevention and control of hydatidosis should be taken as a major project.Further efforts should be made to prevent and control hydatidosis,and the coverage of hydatidosis should be continuously expanded,so that the affected people can benefit from the disease and the epidemic situation in the affected areas can be effectively controlled.Although these measures have been taken,but the affected areas are still very serious hydatid,hydatid comprehensive control of the task is still very difficult,a long way to go.In order to fight against hydatidosis comprehensively,Shi Qu county,Ganzi prefecture,Sichuan province has launched a village-level drinking water project to prevent and control hydatidosis from drinking water problems.Research of this article is to XSB construction engineering co.LTD for Shi Qu county for the prevention and control of echinococcosis and carry out prevention and control of the village water engineering bid 8 as the research object,using project management and project quality management methods and tools,to Sichuan province Ganzizhou Shi Qu county village water engineering for the prevention and control of echinococcosis new deep water Wells in the project of project quality management work carried out in-depth study.According to the requirements of the new deep-water well bidding project in Ganzi prefecture,Sichuan province,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the village-level drinking water project for the comprehensive prevention and control of hydatidosis,and analyzes the factors that may affect the quality management of the new deep-water well project,including capital,technology and manpower.Aiming at these factors,this paper puts forward the measures of project quality management from many aspects,including: quality plan,quality-related control and quality assurance.It has important guidance and reference value to guarantee andimprove the quality of the new deep water well project in Shi Qu county.In order to achieve the safety and quality objectives of the deep water well project,the project department adopts the measures of establishing the project safety assurance organization,safety thought assurance measures,safety technology assurance measures,fire prevention,safety meeting system and safety accident emergency plan to ensure the project safety.
