| With the globalization of the economy, the competition in the construction industry is no longer the competition among enterprises, but the development of the construction supply chain management model. The key to implementing the construction supply chain lies in the effective sharing of information between enterprises.Adopting BIM technology in building supply chain management will help to realize the need of information integration management. However, there are still difficulties in the promotion of BIM technology. Therefore,it is urgent to study the existence of BIM technology in the construction supply chain. The difficulties and coordination between the parties,so as to propose solutions to provide a reference for companies adopting BIM technology.Through the preliminary factor identification, recombination classification and expert interviews at home and abroad,23 obstacle factors affecting the adoption of BIM were extracted and classified into four dimensions: individual, organization, technology and system.Through questionnaires, the relevant data of real estate developers, design, general contractors, supervision, subcontracting, material equipment supply and operation and maintenance of the supply chain participants were investigated, and the key obstacles of these participants were obtained by rough set method.Factors, found that different participants have different key barriers, which led to the overall key barriers to BIM adoption in the construction supply chain.By comparing individual and overall barrier factors, strategies and recommendations for advancing BIM technology adoption are proposed. On this basis, the game analysis is used to conduct coordinated research from the outside of the construction supply chain and the construction supply chain, and the government and real estate developers construct the game model for the game object, and propose the external coordination mechanism of the construction supply chain; The design and general contractor construct a game model for the game object, propose the internal coordination mechanism of the construction supply chain, and propose corresponding incentive and coordination strategies to provide reference for the adoption and promotion of BIM technology in the construction supply chain. |
