The growth rate of my country’s construction industry output value and profit rate is gradually slowing down,and the situation of overcapacity has begun to emerge.There are many problems in the traditional project construction management model(including DBB,CM,DB,etc.): unequal status between parties,isolation and disconnection in management and operation,poor cooperation,confrontation games,etc.,which is easy to make the party There are disputes between the parties,and even legal procedures are needed to solve the problem.It is difficult to achieve "win-win" or even "multi-win".This is also an important reason for the long-term low performance of engineering projects and affects the overall efficiency of the construction industry.The Integrated Project Delivery(IPD)model,as a new type of engineering delivery model,attaches great importance to the degree of cooperation between project participants,and can effectively avoid the occurrence of conflicts between parties and waste of resources,and To improve work efficiency,it is also considered to be the best integrated engineering transaction mode at present.In order to ensure the effective promotion of the integrated cooperation management concept of the IPD model,it is necessary to establish a stakeholder organization with a unified goal.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies the performance issues of the stakeholder organizations under the IPD model from the perspective of the IPD stakeholder organization.Based on the IPD model,organizational performance evaluation and relevant theoretical basic knowledge of interest-related organizations,this paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and factor analysis to identify and determine the performance evaluation indicators of IPD interest-related organizations,and determines four first-level indicators With 16 second-level indicators,combined with the construction principles of the evaluation indicator system,an IPD benefit-related organization performance evaluation indicator system was constructed.Then,using the simple operation advantages of the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of each level of the above performance evaluation index system are calculated,and a set of IPD benefit-related organization performance evaluation models is established in conjunction with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.With the help of this performance evaluation model,a case analysis is carried out on an engineering construction project that fully applies the characteristics of the IPD management concept to further verify the applicability and practicability of the performance evaluation system and evaluation model constructed in this paper.Evaluation and analysis provide practical reference,provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the performance evaluation mechanism of the stakeholders in the IPD mode,and thus improve themanagement level of the stakeholders in the IPD project,and help promote the promotion and integration of the integrated cooperative management concept under the IPD model.
