In order to solve the problem of energy consumption and environmental pollution caused by rapid economic development, and to meet the growing “green” demand of the consumer group, most companies in the forefront of the world have already begun to make great efforts in resource conservation and environmental protection.Green supply chain management is an important management tool for enterprises to achieve energy conservation, environmental protection and sustainable development. It emphasizes that the supply chain should be a closed-loop management system, integrating the concept of “green and environmental protection” into the management process to realize the unity of economic, environmental and social benefits.Although the green supply chain management concept has been widely recognized by enterprises, but due to it's high technology cost and low return rate in the short term, many enterprises especially for SMEs,it seems that very difficult to implement. In a complex business environment,if enterprises wants to implement green supply chain management process, they should pay attention to the source control, which means to strengthen the control of green procurement. In order to achieve the goal of energy saving, emission reduction and lowering the operating cost of the company,C company has implemented green procurement management since the early years and established corresponding raw material procurement standards, but the implementation effect is not obvious. In the early stage of the green procurement process,C company did not combine the “green” awareness and evaluation indicators, based on the the judgement of evaluation indicators in traditional procurement management activities, such as price and raw material quality. When we were review the situation mentioned above, doing research for the problems of C company's green procurement management,it was found that during the implementation process of green procurement management,C company did not setup a green procurement working group according to the nature of raw materials or project specific requirements, nor did it meets the requirements of relevant standards. The most important problem is the list of suppliers, which is fail to establish a qualified green supplier evaluation system for judging qualified supplier access rules. In addition,C company does not have a standardized supplier selection process to guide the team's work,so as to achieve the goal of unifying environmental performance and economic performance. In here I am try to study and analyze the main problems in the of researching C company's green procurement, try to establish a “green supplier” evaluation system based on the SCOR model, according to the feasibility and applicability and sustainable development principles.Based on the analysis, the corresponding key indicators are established through expert scoring and set up a example in the analytic hierarchy process,by using AHP illustrate and select qualified suppliers through the key indicators. When selecting a supplier,C company will select the qualified suppliers through the evaluation system, then carry out the corresponding procurement process after evaluate supplier's comprehensive strength.Through the improvement of the supplier selection process in the later stage,C company will improve the efficiency of green procurement and the friendliness of the environment.
