The space environment is extremely complex.In order to verify the adaptability and reliability of space equipment,device and related component in the space environment,space environment simulator emerges at the proper moment.According to the test requirements,it can provide special test equipment with high vacuum,high and low temperature environment,mechanical movement,electromagnetic radiation and other loading requirements.With the development of modern large-scale production and the progress of science and technology,the demands for equipment in related industries get diversification,clustering and intelligence.Because of the demand,the structure of the equipment is becoming more and more complex and changeable,and the requirements for measurement,control and comprehensive management in the operation of the equipment are becoming higher and higher.First,this thesis introduces the development status of the measurement and control of space environment simulator at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the famous measurement and control system,then proposes the measurement and control system for space environment simulator with customizable process.It can be used to monitor and manage the space environment simulation equipment in the working process comprehensively,then to improve the comprehensive property of this system in standardization intelligence,and economization from software and hardware.Furthermore,it solves the problems of specificity and flexible process customization of space environment simulator,and enhances the robustness of equipment measurement and control system in temperature and vacuum control flow,and strengthens the functions of auxiliary setting,auxiliary testing,data collection,statistics and analysis in the test process.Second,it introduces the design process of this system.From the generation of the project to final shaping,the writer obeys the relevant standards in this area and the procedure and thinking of electronic communications and software engineering strictly.The whole system mainly includes the software system of the main body and the related hardware system.The software system which is based on the architecture of C/S is developed and designed by using C# language and SQL database technology.It is an application software with obvious professional characteristics,it is mainly used to measure and control in the working process of the equipment,and realizes the re-customization of the process structure of the space environment simulator without modified code to meet the diversified needs of customers and improve the adaptability of software to hardware.The hardware system is designed with microprocessor as the core by using embedded technology to assist the operation of software system.The overall combination of the software as the main part and the hardware as the auxiliary can effectively replace the current mainstream measurement and control system composed of PLC electronic control module and general configuration software,and improve the speed and accuracy of the overall system measurement and control.Finally,this part introduces that the function of each module meets the expectations and goals of the early-stage design after the testing of the unit,foundation,system and joint debugging.The system shows the characteristics of stability,low power consumption,fast response,high flexibility and low cost,and it has good reference value and practical significance in pursuing the competitiveness and economic effect pursued in the process of producing the space environment simulator.
