With the continuous development of information technology,the integrated construction of smart cities,new infrastructures and urban agglomerations in our country are constantly accelerating,and new challenges have been created to the construction of smart transportation.In this process,due to the different development status of each city,their respective construction achievements are also necessarily different.How to more effectively guide the construction of smart transportation for the construction status of different regions requires a scientific evaluation of the development of smart transportation construction.First,this article elaborates the research background and significance,and explains the research problems.Through the study of the meaning of smart transportation,the content of integrated transportation construction is incorporated into the broad level of the meaning of smart transportation,and related technologies are summarized as the narrow level of the meaning of smart transportation.Afterwards,the research contents of smart transportation were comprehensively reviewed.The study concluded that the current research on smart transportation lacks attention to the regional level,and the evaluation indicators also use traditional data and small questionnaire data,which cannot fully reflect the overall construction of the region.Therefore,this article will take the whole region as the research object,use the quantitative indicators of big data,establish a reasonable regional smart transportation evaluation model,analyze the influencing factors of regional urban transportation cooperation and the regional effects it produces,and explore the regional smart city cluster from the perspective of smart transportation development path.In terms of evaluation model construction,the main content of the evaluation index system was determined according to the research ideas of personal point-to-point inter-city travel simulation,including the level of external communication,smart transportation infrastructure,urban road smoothness level,and smart traffic management level,Convenient transportation information service level,traffic safety level,transportation environmental protection level and other seven aspects.Determine the main indicators of each level in turn,and the calculation method of the respective indicators.In the end,subjective and objective comprehensive weighting methods were adopted to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation index system.In the empirical research part,this paper selects the Yangtze River Delta area as the research object.By evaluating the development level of the intelligent transportation in the Yangtze River Delta area,the main characteristics of the development of intelligent transportation in the region are summarized.The core cities in the center are clustered and distributed.Compared with other cities,they have obvious location advantages,overall higher economic development level,and more complete high-speed rail construction.On this basis,explore the influencing factors of the development of regional smart transportation,and whether the construction and development of smart transportation has brought a positive development effect to the region as a whole.The study found that the development of smart transportation and the city’s economic level,population density,and scientific and technological investment,etc.Have a high correlation,and smart transportation in various regions has a certain degree of negative spillover effect on the surrounding areas,but the development of smart transportation does promote the flow of factors within the region,and improve the level of urban connection networks.This has led to the Matthew effect in the region where larger cities are stronger and smaller cities are weaker.Finally,based on the above research,policy recommendations for construction are put forward.The whole thesis contains about 56 000 words,76 pictures and charts.
