Cultivated land is a very important material resource for human beings.However,with the increase of the total population in China,the demand for cultivated land is also strengthened year by year,which eventually leads to the scarcity of cultivated land resources.Therefore,we put forward the times requirements for our contemporary people to protect and rationally utilize the cultivated land resources and fully excavate the potential of cultivated land production.That is,the maximum output efficiency is obtained on the limited cultivated land,and the increase of output efficiency means that the cultivated land is becoming more and more efficient,and the efficiency of the utilization of cultivated land is also gradually improved.Suihua branch is an important grain producing area in Heilongjiang reclamation area and Heilongjiang Province,and the total grain output directly affects the overall grain production level of Heilongjiang reclamation area.Therefore,the study on the utilization efficiency of the cultivated land in the Suihua sub Bureau and the analysis of the influencing factors are of great significance to the sustainable utilization of cultivated land in the sub Bureau and the whole reclamation area.In this paper,the Suihua branch and the 7 farms included,based on the data envelopment analysis,are mainly based on the theory of input and output,he theory of land return decline and the theory of sustainable development of cultivated land.This paper mainly calculates the efficiency of cultivated land use in Suihua branch and the farm,and analyzes the influence factors by using the Tobit model.It can provide reference for improving the efficiency of cultivated land use in Suihua branch.The results of the study show that:(1)In the past 2006-2015 years,the value of the input and output of cultivated land in Suihua branch has been constantly changing.The most significant growth of the input factors is the total power of agricultural machinery and the use of chemical fertilizer.Meanwhile,the total output of agricultural output and the total output of grain are also increasing year by year.(2)In the past 2006-2015 years,the overall efficiency of the arable land utilization in Suihua branch has been increasing,which is roughly the same as the scale efficiency trend,indicating the synergistic change of the two.The trend of pure technical efficiency is relatively stable,and the value of the numerical value is higher than that of scale efficiency.It shows that the poor performance of the comprehensive efficiency of cultivated land utilization in the agricultural production of Suihua branch is mainly due to the poor performance of scale efficiency.Therefore,only the rational allocation of cultivated land production factors can improve the productivity of cultivated land and the efficiency ofcultivated land use.(3)The efficiency of cultivated land use between the 7 farms in Suihua branch also has obvious differences.The efficiency value of cultivated land use in Jiayin farm,iron force farm and Zhaoyuan farm in Yichun and Daqing cities is obviously higher than that of Helen farm,red light farm,Liuhe farm and Ling farm located in the region of Suihua.This is with the development of various types of industries,the quality of cultivated land itself and the convenience of transportation.There is a great relationship between the degree and the adjustment of planting structure.At the same time,the efficiency of the seven farms showed a trend of synchronous development with the scale efficiency,and the pure technical efficiency was higher than the scale efficiency.(4)The Tobit model was used to analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of cultivated land use in Suihua branch.The results showed that the per capita output value of the labor force,the policy virtual variables and the rice transplanter were positively related to the efficiency of cultivated land use,while the effect of the efficiency of cultivated land utilization was negatively related to the use of farmland fertilizer.Based on the above analysis results,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in Suihua branch are put forward.
