Study On Farmers' Selection Of The Forestry Industry Adjustment In Farmland Reforestation Area,Jilin Province

In recent years,the problem of losing land has been serious.Forest resources have been severely damaged.It is an inevitable way to effectively curb the loss of forest land,severely crack down on illegal acts of destroying forest resources,protect the safety of forest resources,and actively create ecological areas.The development of land-reducing farmland industry has become a major concern for farmers.This article is based on visiting 135 farmers who have stopped farming in forest land in Jilin Province for industrial development.The combination of TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior)and TRA(Theory of Reasoned Action)has found that farmers are affected.The main factor in the choice of industrial model is the output status of forest land and forest land income after the return of farmland to forest.The contradiction in the process of ploughing the land to forests is highlighted by the contradiction between the government-led and the limited selection of peasant land industries led by the government's ecological protection.In addition to the influence of geography and system on the individual intention of farmers,the long-term disadvantage of peasants' income is to put forward the theoretical hypothesis that farmers' cessation of arable land ecological protection and woodland development consciousness affect personal intentional behavior in the absence of government subsidy policies for ploughing land to forests.Through empirical work,this paper finds that the land use of the ploughed land is restricted,and even some unfit lands are left unused.This directly affects the peasants' choice of whether to stop farming and returning to forests,weakening the sense of ecological protection of the forest land,and tending to stop the arable land more.The use of economic development confirms the assumptions presented earlier in this article.To address these issues,the paper puts forward the following suggestions: Firstly,the government should increase industrial investment in the stoppage of arable land in order to guarantee farmers' income security for the stoppage of arable land,and respect the peasants' dominant position as an industry choice for the stop arable land.Secondly,strengthen the cooperation between the government and the peasants who stop the arable land,andgive professional technical guidance so that they can jointly discuss and make democratic decisions so as to achieve the goal of win-win.Thirdly,the introduction of enterprises that are suitable for the development of the cessation of the arable land industry chain will be vigorously introduced,have already increased the income of peasants,and provided farmers with long-term protection.At last,improve the compensation policy for stoppage of cultivated land.The government should be weigh the long-term loss of the farmers in responding to the state's efforts to stop the cultivation of forests and forests,improve the compensation system.
