Stability Of ZD Patch And Its Anti-inflammatory And Analgesic Effects On Mice

ZD prescription is a classic prescription to treat non-open soft tissue injury of equid,it contains 12 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine,such as angelica,myrrh,safflower,etc.Which was applied in the form of water decoction and unguent receiving a better effect.with the development of Modern down,on the top of unguent to develop a convenient and medicative form of drug.To explore the preparation technology and method of patch;The storage mode and shelf life of the patch were studied by detecting the different influencing factors and long-term experiment at room temperature.The mouse model of pain and torsion,the mouse model of subcutaneous granuloma and the mouse model of auricle swelling were used to verify the anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects.The changes of enkephin(ENK),endorphin(EP),serotonin(5-HT)and bradykinin(BK)in the brain of damaged mice with ZD patch were detected by ELISA.Clinical cases were collected to compare the degree of analgesia and inhibition of swelling between the ZD patch group and the patch group.Results and conclusion:1.The maximum dose of ZD patch made of sodium polyacrylate,Carbomer 940 and other excipients is 0.28g/g.The patch has smooth surface,uniform texture.stable properties and good adhesion.2.The ZD patch was preserved at 25 ±2? and RH 60%±10%for 12 months with stable properties.3.ZD patch can inhibit mice pain caused by acetic acid,granuloma caused by AGAR AGAR and auricle swelling caused by xylene.The degree of inhibition was positively correlated with the drug loading.4.ZD patch can promote and inhibit the expression of ENK,EP and 5-ht in the brain of model mice at the early stage of inflammation and play a analgesic effect,and the degree of promotion is positively correlated with the dose loading.5.ZD paste and patch both have anti-inflammatory,anti-inflammatory,swelling and analgesic effects,and similar efficacy.Compared with paste,patch has more promotion potential.
