The Public Participation In The Mining Area And The Influence Factor Analysis

Cultivated land is the important foundation of human production and living,and economic development of important means of production.In recent years,along with the exploitation of mineral resources,and promote the rapid economic development of our country at the same time the quality of cultivated land and soil fertility caused damage,the serious influence the normal life of the nearby farmers in the mining area,so the work of cultivated land environmental management in mining area is imperative.The state has made clear in《the 12 th five-year plan of environmental protection》,Soil environmental protection is of great significance,and the restoration of contaminated soil in key areas should be implemented as soon as possible.As the main beneficiaries of cultivated land,farmers are not involved in the whole implementation process of cultivated land environmental management.Their opinions are not valued and adopted.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the willingness of farmers’ participation intention in cultivated land environmental management.In this background,this article selects Yiyang mining area surrounding farmers as the research object,analyzes the participation intention of farmers in the process of cultivated land environmental management and studys the influencing factors of farmers’ participation intention.It provides some favorable conditions for the smooth development of the mining area.This paper mainly studies from three parts.the first part,According to the relation model of demand,motivation and behavior and the construction of TPB theory model.establishing theoretical model of the public participation intention in cultivated land environmental management and studying the influence factors of farmers’ participation intention in cultivated land environmental management.The second part describes and analyzes the interest expression of the public participation stakeholders in the mining area and analyzes the current situation of the public participation in the cultivated land environment in the research area.The third part makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of the mining area farmers’ participation in cultivated land environmental management by using the binary logistic model.Finally it is concluded that migrant labor population,agricultural income,worth of farmland pollution area,the cultivated land area per per acre input-output ratio,satisfaction with the present situation of the farmland environment and the importance of capital guarantee will have a significant impact on farmers’ intention in cultivated land environmental management.The results showed that the increase in population of migrant labor,the decline in agricultural income.and the increase in the proportion of polluted area has seriously hindered the farmers’ participation in cultivated land environmental management.Improving the farmers’ cognition in cultivated land environmental management and to farmers to giving certain financial security to farmers Is conducive to enhancing farmers’ intention in cultivated land environmental management.According to the results of the research,the policy Suggestions to promote farmers’ participation in cultivated land environmental management are proposed.
