Investigation And Study On Farmers' Willingness To Protect Permanent Basic Farmland In Puwan Economic Zone

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the blind expansion of urbanization,the contradiction between people and land has become increasingly fierce.In order to develop local economy,a lot of areas exist disorder occupy,the circumstance that USES farmland in disorder happens from time to time.Although China has generally solved the problem of food and clothing,it cannot change the reality that China has a large population and less arable land per capita.Therefore,the understanding of arable land,can not stay at the level of whether to achieve adequate food and clothing;But it should be placed in the level of sustainable development of the Chinese nation to understand.In order to protect China's red line of arable land,the party and the government promulgated and implemented a permanent basic farmland protection system.However,the implementation of the permanent basic farmland protection system everywhere,more or less encountered some problems.Based on this,this paper takes the cove economic zone san shi li pu street house of four miles village,stone village and master temple village as the research object,the integrated use of literature analysis,questionnaire and interview survey and other research methods,fully understand the cove economic zone permanent protection of basic farmland and farmers permanent basic situation of the will of the protection of basic farmland.Through the field investigation,the protection status of the permanent basic farmland in puwan economic zone is comprehensively analyzed.Comb with the influence of the will of farmers permanent protection of basic farmland cultivated land has not been fully utilization of resources,protection of basic farmland,the main responsibility of basic farmland demarcated from regions as well as the protection of basic farmland from farmers intend to four main problems,and respectively from the resources of farm household economic characteristics,the basic farmland protection awareness level is not high,low quality of basic farmland demarcated work and basic farmland protection system is yet to be perfect the four aspects of the causes are analyzed in theory.To increase farmers to participate in the protection of basic farmland,will promote the cove economic zone of permanent basic farmland protection,this paper based on the survey data,combined with the theory of rational behavior,from strengthening the propaganda and education,basic farmland demarcated,improve the basic farmland protection system and strengthen the protection of basic farmland regulation four aspects put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
