| With the rapid growth of large-scale pig breeding in China,pig manure,urine production volume is large and concentrated,for most breeding enterprises,pig manure,urine treatment is difficult,and enterprises do not match the scale of the breeding land,pig resource utilization level is low,not only increase the cost of corporate governance,It also brings a more prominent problem of agricultural surface source pollution.At the same time,the regionalization of aquaculture and the development of precision agriculture have increased the difficulty of direct resource utilization of pig faeces.In the 2017,the scale rate of pig breeding in China was 55.14%,the breeding enterprises have become the main body of pig supply,the study of fecal pollution management behavior of pig breeding enterprises,and put forward targeted policy recommendations have important practical significance.This study takes the breeding enterprise as the main research object,empirically studies the manure pollution utilization behavior of the breeding enterprise,including the technical mode and the way of elimination.By using case analysis method,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the choice of technology mode of breeding enterprises,and analyzes the influencing factors of enterprises ’ choice of elimination mode by using the method of measurement model.Combined with the results of case and measurement model analysis,the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.This paper mainly gets the following conclusions:(1)different scale breeding enterprises choose the technical model of each preference,the larger the scale of the farm more inclined to resource utilization of the product deep processing technology model,small scale farms tend to primary treatment technology.(2)The manure treatment technology of aquaculture enterprises is affected by five factors,such as the scale of culture,the condition of cultivated land resources,economic benefits,technical support and policy supporting.(3)The choice of technology mode affects the economic benefit of the utilization of fecal pollution to a certain extent,and usually the production of solid manure commodity organic fertilizer can bring more economic benefits to enterprises.The change of economic benefit brought about by the utilization of dung pollution will affect the layout and cultivation of the culture area of the enterprise to a certain extent.Breeding enterprises with poor economic benefits usually change the regional layout and reduce the amount of culture.(4)There are many ways of fecal decontamination in aquaculture enterprises,and the economic benefits to enterprises are different,according to the economic benefits from high to low ranking as: Sold to growers,home and home and free to the surrounding growers.(5)The factors influencing the different ways of decontamination of manure in aquaculture enterprises vary: the way of selling to growers is positively correlated with the distance of enterprises from the surrounding cultivated land,and negatively correlated with the overall influence of enterprises,and the way of free giving to peripheral growers is positively correlated with the influence of enterprises,government financial support and the number of government supervision.There is a negative correlation between whether the enterprise is engaged in planting and the distance from farmland,and the way of home-to-field elimination is positively correlated with the number of government inspections and government technical support factors.Combining with the research results,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the utilization of fecal pollution in pig breeding enterprises in China,including: strengthening Process control,raising the level of manure treatment,further reducing the cost of treatment,and producing high quality manure resource utilization products,which is a feasible way to improve the economic benefit of fecal pollution utilization.;Carrying out the work of organic fertilizer alternative fertilizer demonstration point,standardizing the application technology of organic fertilizer,will improve the application rate of organic fertilizer,the special purpose of sewage charge and environmental protection tax,and guide the social capital to promote the utilization of fecal pollution resources. |
