Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness and safety of "xieyin and Yang" acupuncture in the treatment of spastic paralysis after cerebral infarction, and to compare the therapeutic effect of "xieyin and Yang" acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of this disease,in order to explore a better clinical treatment to treat scheme. Methods: 60 patients with spastic paralysis after infarct of brain were divided into treatment group and control group ramdomly by digital random method.30 cases in each group, both groups were treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation training for4 weeks on the basis of routine medical treatment. The treatment group was given“reducing yin tonifying yang” acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, while the control group was given routine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. The Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),Clinic Spasticity Index(CSI),Barthel Index(BI)and fugl-meyer exercise Assessment(FMA)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the results were statistically analyzed, using SPSS24.0 statistical software. To observe whether there is a statistical difference between the two treatments in the improvement of muscle tone, spasm degree, daily living ability and motor function.Results:(1)Before and after treatment,MAS scores of the upper and lower limbs of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased after treatment, and there were significant statistical differences before and after treatment(all P <0.001).Aftertreatment,the MAS scores of the upper and lower limbs in the treatment group were lower than the control group(all P <0.01).(2)Before and after treatment,CSI scores of patients in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment, and there were significant statistical differences before and after treatment(all P <0.001).After treatment, the CSI score of the treatment group decreased more than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).(3)The BI scores of patients in the two groups were increased after treatment, and there were significant statistical differences before and after treatment(all P<0.001).Comparison between the two groups after treatment and BI score after treatment in the treatment group a little higher than the control group, the difference was not significant, the comparison between groups was not statistically significant(P >0.05).(4)Before and after treatment,FMA scores of patients in the two groups increased significantly after treatment, and there were significant statistical differences before and after treatment(all P <0.001).After treatment, the increase of FMA score in the treatment group was more effective than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).(5)Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients: the total effective rate of upper limbs in the treatment group was 86.67%,including 10 cases of significant effect(33.33%),11 cases of effective effect(36.67%),5 cases of improvement(16.67%),4 cases of ineffective effect(13.33%),and 0 cases of deterioration(0%).The total effective rate of upper limbs in the control group was73.33%,including 4 cases(13.33%)with significant effect,9 cases(30.00%)with effective effect,9 cases(30.00%)with improved effect,8 cases(26.67%)with ineffective effect, and 0 cases(0%)with deteriorated effect. The total effective rate of upper limbs of the two groups was contrasted, and the difference was statistically meaningful(P <0.001).Treatment group total effectiveness 83.33% of lower limb,of which 9 cases were markedly improved(30.00%),13 cases(43.33%),effective improvement in 3 cases(10.00%),invalid in 5 cases(16.67%).The total effective rateof lower limbs was 70.00%.Of them,5 cases improved significantly(16.67%),6cases(20.00%)resultful,10 cases(33.33%)improved,9 cases(30.00%)were ineffective, and 0 cases(0%)worsen.Compared the total effective rate of lower limbs of the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)On the basis of conventional medical treatment and rehabilitation training, both the “reducing yin tonifying yang” acupuncture method and the conventional acupuncture method can effectively improve the limb muscle tension, spasm degree, daily life ability and motor function of spastic paralysis patients after cerebral infarction.(2)The acupuncture method of“reducing yin tonifying yang”has a significant effect on improving the degree of limb muscle tension, spasm and motor function of patients, which is obviously better than the conventional acupuncture method.(3)Compared with the conventional acupuncture method, the difference in improving the daily life ability of patients is not obvious, and the two methods have the same efficacy.(4)Both the “reducing yin tonifying yang” acupuncture method and the conventional acupuncture method can significantly improve the spasm state of limbs after cerebral infarction, but the total clinical effective rate of the “reducing yin tonifying yang”acupuncture method is higher than that of the conventional acupuncture method.
