Objective: To investigate the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine for atopic dermatitis through research, and to provide ideas for clinical TCM treatment of AD.Methods: Retrieve literatures published in the “Chinese Journal Full-text Database”,“Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform”,“Chongqing Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database”,“Chinese Biomedical Literature Data” from 1999 to 2019.Then put the screened prescriptions into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform for data analysis, meanwhile discuss the clinical rules of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AD,and draw results. Results: 1.In this study, atopic dermatitis and Chinese medicine were used as keywords.186 Chinese medicine prescriptions were included.A total of 182 Chinese medicinal materials were used, with a cumulative frequency of 1941.The top 10 medicinal frequencies are: Glycyrrhiza Uralensis,Rehmannia Glutinosa,Bai Xianpi,Poria,Atractylodes Chinensis,Angelica Sinensis,Fangfeng,Coix Seed,Sophora Flavescens,Scutellaria Baicalensis;drugs are sorted in order of cold, warm, flat, and cold; The five flavors of the drugs are ranked as sweet, bitter, astringent, salty, sour, and astringent;most medicinal meridians are concentrated in the spleen, stomach, and liver meridians(47.9%),the heart, lung, and kidney meridians are slightly lower(35.5%),while the other meridians appear less frequently(16.6%).2.Based on the analysis of the "formulation law" of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system, setting the support number to 37 and the confidence level to 0.6,11 pairs of drug combinations meeting the association rules can be obtained: 1 Sophora Flavescens,Bai Xianpi;2 Bai Xianpi,Glycyrrhiza Uralensis;3 Bai Xianpi,Rehmannia Glutinosa;4 Atractylodes,Glycyrrhiza Uralensis;5 Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Fangfeng;6 Rehmannia Glutinosa,Glycyrrhiza uralensis;7 Glycyrrhiza Uralensis,Poria;8 Poria,Coix seed;9 Atractylodes Chinensis,Poria;10 Rehmannia glutinosa,Angelica Sinensis;11 Rehmannia Glutinosa,Poria. It contains 9 flavors of core drugs: Sophora Flavescens,Bai Xianpi,Licorice,Raw Rehmannia Root,Atractylodes Macrocephala,Fangfeng,Poria,Coix Seed,Angelica Sinensis.3.A total of 8 new prescriptions were extracted: 1 White peony root – Angelica – Danshen- Fleeceflower Root-Chuanxiong;2 Ophiopogon-Radix Asparagi-Donkey hide gelatin-Radix Glehniae-Scutellaria Baicalensis-Poria;3 Medicated Leaven-Rehmannia Glutinosa – Malt-Haw;4 Purslane – Felwort – Gypsum-Folium isatidis;5 Angelica-Brier Thorn-Fleeceflower Root-Honeysuckle;6 Coix Seed-Peony root – Poria-Chinese Yam-White peony root;7 Semen Plantaginis-Juncus Effuses-Cape Jasmine-Forsythia-Akebia;8 Herba Schizonepetae – Fangfeng-Great Burdock Achene-Cicada Slough-Rhizoma anemarrhenae.CONCLUSION: In the treatment of AD by traditional Chinese medicine,heat-clearing and cooling-blood medicine, spleen and dampness-seeking medicine, and anti-itch medicine are mainly used. The meridian meridian is mainly based on the spleen, stomach, liver, heart, and lung.Commonly used drugs are mainly cold and warm, including Rehmannia Glutinosa,Bai Xianpi,Poria,Atractylodes Chinensis,Angelica Sinensis,Fangfeng,Coix Seed,Sophora Flavescens,Scutellaria Baicalensis,Glycyrrhiza Uralensis;commonly used drug combinations includings 1 Sophora Flavescens,Bai Xianpi;2 Bai Xianpi,Glycyrrhiza Uralensis;3 Bai Xianpi,Rehmannia Glutinosa;4 Atractylodes,Glycyrrhiza Uralensis;5 Glycyrrhiza Uralensis,Fangfeng;6 Rehmannia Glutinosa,Glycyrrhiza Uralensis;7 Glycyrrhiza Uralensis,Poria;8 Poria,Coix Seed;9 Atractylodes Chinensis,Poria;10 Rehmannia Glutinosa,Angelica Sinensis;11 Rehmannia Glutinosa,Poria. It is suggested that spleen deficiency and stomach heat and external wind, dampness and heat are the main pathogenic factors.
