Translation Report – Based On Hong Kong Distributed Ledger Technology Whitepaper

This paper is based upon the Distributed Ledger Technology(DLT)White Paper in Hong Kong,which is published on the official website of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.The author translated this white paper and subsequently wrote this paper,which would enable the counterparts,regulators and some others in the mainland of China to make full understanding of the current state and the way forward concerning the blockchain in Hong Kong community.It will also help the enterprises that intend to cooperate with the Hong Kong's possible counterparts.All in all,the translation of this White Paper will connect the enterprises in mainland of China to the development of the blockchain in Hong Kong and make cooperation and communications more available to each other.Therefore,the author summarizes the approaches to whitepaper translation by combing the key points in the course of the translation and by analyzing the contents and features of the whitepapers.At last,this report is expected to contribute to other DLT Whitepaper translators.
