The Research On The Competency Model's Construction And Verification Of Logistics Management Major Students

This research is based on the literature analysis,using open-ended questionnaire,job analysis,BEI as the methods,selecting the logistics management major students to be research objects,to establish the logistics management major students' initial competency model.In the study,firstly,through job analysis,to understand the logistics management major students learning and practical requirements.Secondly,using openended questionnaire and BEI to determine logistics management major students competency factors,establish the logistics management major students' initial competency model,and according to this competency model to work out a predicted logistics management major students' self-assessment questionnaire.Next,through item analysis and exploratory factor to analysis prediction questionnaires,then formed official version of Self-assessment questionnaire of logistics management major students' competency.Finally,using the confirmatory factor to analysis official version questionnaire,testing the reliability and validity,and analysis the overall level and difference of the competency of logistics management major students.Here are the conclusions:There are multiple dimensions of the established competency model of logistics management major students which includes the following dimensions: achievement motivation,self-cognition,interpersonal communication,problem solving ability,learning growth ability,Professional Studies.The results of reliability,validity and factor analysis shows that the selfassessment questionnaire of logistics management major students' competency has great reliability and validity,and it can be applied to actual research.The logistics management major students' competency is totally good in overall level,there isn't exist significant differences in terms of gender,but there exist significant differences on all dimensions in term of grades.
