The Study On Construction And Verification Of Competency Model For Internal Trainer Of Life Insurance Company

This study is based on the literature’s study and analysis,selecting job analysis,BEI and open questionnaire as the methods,choosing the internal trainer of life insurance company as the research participant,to establish the initial competency model of internal trainer of life insurance company.Firstly in the study,through the method of job analysis,the job duties of internal trainer of life insurance company are clarified.Secondly,using the open questionnaire and BEI to build the competency model,the initial competency model of internal trainer of life insurance company is established.According to this model,a predictive version of self-evaluation questionnaire is completed and distributed.Next,the statistical data of the result for the questionnaire’s predictive version is analyzed,and the self-evaluation questionnaire’s formal version is formed.Then,using the official version questionnaire for formal investigation,and the statistical data of the questionnaire’s formal version is analyzed,and the reliability and validity is verified.Finally,The conclusions of this study are drawn as follows:(1)There are multiple dimensions of the established competency model of internal trainer of life insurance company,which includes the following dimensions: personal trait,dedication to work,achievement motivation,occupational interest,professional ability,communication ability and teaching ability.(2)The research proves that the self-evaluation questionnaire’s reliability and validity are good,using the competency factor.(3)The competency of internal trainer of life insurance company mostly comply to the level,and there are differences in the demographic factors.
