In this study,based on the theory and research of the predecessors,researched on the normal university students,using job analysis,BEI and semi open questionnaire,to build competency model of the Normal University graduates,and formulated "Self-evaluation questionnaire of normal university graduates competency".In the study,firstly,through job analysis,to understand the the employment structure and the main mission of normal university students.Secondly,doing a semi open questionnaire survey of 150 Normal University Students,and using BEI to interview 30 normal university students.Then,combined the results of the 132 semi open questionnaires with interview results,to build the competency model of the Normal University graduates.Thirdly,constructed the predictive version of "Self-evaluation questionnaire of Normal University graduates competency",through item analysis and exploratory factor to analysis 90 prediction questionnaires,then formed official version of "Self-evaluation questionnaire of Normal university students' competency".Finally,using the official version questionnaire,to investigate 90 Normal university students,the confirmatory factor analysis was used to validate the competency model,and tested the reliability and validity.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The competency model of the Normal University graduates included 6 aspects,professional knowledge and skills,information seeking ability,achievement motivation,self-development ability,language expression ability and problem solving ability.(2)Through factor analysis,the research proves that the self-evaluation questionnaire has reasonable structure,reliability and validity meet the requirements.(3)The competency of the Normal university students employment has significant difference in Gender,Graduation time and Educational level.
