Along with China and Mongolia's politics,cultures,technologies,economic relations etc.,All these sphere cooperates which to increase development,the two countries have now signed an agreement concerning the educational field on the increase of number and quality of exchange programs,the number of Mongolian students from every part of the country moving for a study period in China increases daily.The arrival of exchange students has given new input to the internationalization of the Chinese education system,and at the same time issues such as intercultural relations among students and capacity of adaptation started to emerge,inspiring more the value researches on this field by education professionals.Nowadays,in spite of the results of such researches,the investigation on interpersonal relations of Mongolian students in China still lack of proper depth.This thesis uses statistics on surveys and in-depth interviews to portray the general condition of Mongolian students' interpersonal relations.The research is divided in five chapters.Chapter One constitutes the introductory part,presenting the research's background and its purpose,relevance,content and methodology.Chapter Two serves as a summary of documentations,it covers the analysis of theories on intercultural interpersonal relations and interculturalism.Chapter Three is devoted to the analysis of surveys' results.In first place,I have divided the groups of Mongolian exchange students into categories,grouping together only Mongolian country mates,for the sake of communication fluency,to avoid language barriers,and facilitate mutual comprehension.Mongolian students' interactions with exchange students from other countries are considerable too,most of the subjects assert that during the exchange period there are plenty of chances to make new international friends,such as roommates,classmates,in any place inside the dormitory,therefore it is easy for them create new friendship relations.However,Mongolian students complain of a lack of relations with Chinese students,during the interviews I have detected out that chances of making new Chinese friends are rare,it needs perseverance,you need to invest a long time on the creation of a friendship.Besides,my research aims to analyse the interpersonal relations between the such three spheres into four fundamental categories:interpersonal relations due to studies in common,interests in common,characteristic features in common,and common affections.Among them,common studies and interests appeared to be the most influent factors.Moreover,my research includes a psychological analysis of interpersonal relations,under the perspective of Mongolian exchange students' awareness and emotions on interpersonal relations.In conclusion,I have analysed the reason behind Mongolian exchange students'interpersonal relations and adaptations barriers,and I argue that it does not constitute a relevant difference whether the counterparts are other international students or Chinese students,in communication,culture,living habits and studies I have detected a lack of barriers in the interpersonal relations environment.Chapter Four and Three concludes this research,summarizing characteristic features and of interpersonal relations and the capacity of adaptations of Mongolian students in China,and provides advices to them from all parties mentioned.
