A Study On The Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services

Rural power is China’s strong,agricultural modernization is China’s modernization,farmers rich China rich."the agricultural rural peasant problem concerns the fundamental problems of the national economy and the people’s livelihood",and the rural rejuvenation becomes the last bastion for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.After the Party’s 19th CPC National Congress report put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,in January 2018,the State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward the opinions on implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,which clearly stated that we should strengthen the construction of rural public culture and prosper and flourish rural culture.Coruscating the new atmosphere of local culture and civilization.Based on the basic knowledge of public product theory,public governance theory,supply-demand theory and the combination of theory and practice,this paper makes an investigation and study on the present situation of rural public cultural service supply in Hubei Province.This paper puts forward the main problems and main influencing factors in the supply of rural public cultural services in China,probes into the causes of their emergence,and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the supply of rural public cultural services in China.First of all,this paper expounds the theory of rural cultural service supply,summarizes the research status and research methods of rural public cultural service supply from both foreign and domestic aspects.Second,in Hubei Province,On the basis of field investigation and questionnaire survey on the supply of public cultural services in rural areas,the results of this survey are summarized and analyzed.Thirdly,this paper studies the present situation of rural public cultural service supply in Hubei Province,and finds out the reasons for the slow development of rural public cultural service supply.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supply of rural public cultural services,including:strengthening rural cultural infrastructure construction;establishing demand-oriented supply concept;establishing evaluation index system;strengthening the construction of rural public cultural services;Innovation of public cultural service supply mechanism.
