A Multi-angle Study On The Opposite-lift Format Of "Ni A(,)wo B"

There is a kind of special format which named opposite-lift format in modern Chinese.This format is deeply loved by pepole because of its symmetric structure,concise language and extremely rich expression.Therefore it is used widely.Meanwhile it has also aroused the interest of linguists,and has achieved a wealth of research results.This paper focuses on the "Ni A(,)wo B" which is not highly concerned by the current academic community as the research object.This essay tries to probe the "Ni A(,)wo B"from the language theory of three-plane in order to explore the syntactic characteristics,semantic features and pragmatic functions of the format and which will enrich the theory of research on the opposite-lift formats and contribute to teaching Chinese language and teaching Chinese as a foreign language.There are five aspects of this article:In chapter one,it mainly discusses the research significance and research purpose of this article,summarizes the research results of related content in the linguistic world,and introduces the research methods and source of corpus.In chapter two,the syntactic features of "Ni A(,)wo B" have been studied comprehensively.By analyzing corpus,we will focus on examining the grammatical nature of A and B that can enter the "Ni A(,)wo B" format,and conclude that A and B can be verbs or verbal phrases,can be nouns or noun phrases,and can be adjectives or adjective phrases and can be a phrase of "yi + Liangci".According to these conditions,we will divide the "Ni A(,)wo B" into "Ni V wo V"?"Ni N wo N","Ni A wo A" and "Ni+ yi +Liangci,wo + yi + Liangci".And the four types are analyzed in detail and meticulously.In chapter three,the semantic features of "Ni A(,)wo B" are explored.Firstly,it is found that between A and B exist many semantic relations such as synonymous relationship,antisense relationship and genus relationship according to analyzing the semantic relations between A and B in the format;Then,the semantic relationship between "Ni A" and "Wo B" in this format is analyzed.Due to the restrictions of its own opposite-lift format,the relationship between "Ni A" and "Wo B" can only be a juxtaposition;Finally,the whole format meaning is discussed by using the construction grammar theory.And it is concluded that the format has such meanings as circumspect,repetition,disorder and enumeration.In chapter four,this paper summarizes the function of "Ni A(,)wo B".Firstly,the syntactic functions of the format are summarized.The format can serve as a syntactic component such as the subject,predicate,object,attribute?adverbial and complement,and can serve as a clause,and can also be used independently;Secondly,the pragmatic function of the format is analyzed.The format has the pragmatic functions such as subjectivity,marking emphasis or focus,evaluation,and obtaining the nature of the issue in the structure that does not have the nature of the issue.In chapter five,this part is the conclusion of the full text.It summarizes the main research results of the paper,and points out that there are deficiencies in the paper.
