Research purposes: At present, the elementary school sports teaching purpose is to enhance the students' physical fitness, promote the development of students' physical and mental health as the ultimate goal, therefore,I am from the sports dance can promote the improvement of students' physical quality to demonstrate, through the teaching experiment,in the form of test and analysis of the data of physical quality related aspects,to verify the influence of sports dance physical quality for elementary school.Sports dance to argument as to PE and health course which influence on elementary school students health of body and mind development, sum up experience and problem analysis, for the sports dance as primary school physical education and health course teaching content to provide the theory and practice basis.Research objects and methods: In this paper, the influence of physical dance training on the physical quality of primary school students is studied, and some students in the fourth grade of haicang affiliated school of shuangshi middle school of xiamen city are used as the experimental subjects. This thesis mainly USES the literature material method, interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and other methods for research, and has chosen to reflect students' body quality change Sit in front of the seat,50 m run, standing long jump,a minute jump rope and 50 * 8 meters running back and forth this several indicators,to represent the student's flexibility, speed, strength, coordination, endurance quality, etc.Research result:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups of students in the 50-meter race(P>0.05);there was a very significant difference in the test data between the two groups of students in the one-minute skipping and seated flexion(P<0.01);There are significant differences between the two groups of students in the standing long jump and 50*8 meters round-trip performance(P<0.05).2.In terms of interest in physical education classes, the students in the experimental group who were very interested in and interested in physical education classes increased to 27% and 44%,respectively,while the students in the control group did not change substantially.Interest in physical education classes There has even been a slight decline, and the number of uninterested students has increased.3.Through the measurement of the student's heart rate in the classroom,it can be seen that 70% of the classroom exercise load is in the proper exercise load, while the experimental group is 80% of the physical education load is within the appropriate exercise load.Analysis conclusion:1.After the teaching experiment, there were differences in physical fitness between the two groups of students.Compared with ordinary physical education courses, the sports dance practice has no obvious improvement in the50-meter grade. There is no significant difference between the two groups of students. It plays a significant role in improving the student's seated body flexion and one-minute skipping.Compared with the control group, there was a very significant difference between the experimental group students and the control group. There was also a certain improvement in the students' standing long jump and the 50*8 meter round-trip run. There was a significant difference.2.The sports dance exercise can keep the students under suitable exercise intensity for a long time, comprehensively improve the students' physical fitness, help develop the students' cardiopulmonary function, and at the same time,it can improve students' endurance quality.3.The practice of sports dance courses can improve students' interest in exercising, stimulate students' enthusiasm for sports, enable students to better participate in physical education classes, and are more conducive to the development of students' physical fitness.
