Secondary Vocational Education is an important part of Senior Secondary Education in China.It is the foundation of economic and social development of China and its task is to train hundreds of millions of high-quality workers.As an important factor of promoting the management of interpersonal relationship,influencing people's social adaptation and mental health,emotional management plays an increasingly important role in nowadays.Therefore,improving the ability of emotion management on secondary vocational students,can not only force to form positive campus atmosphere,building a harmonious interpersonal relationship,strengthen the adaptability in daily life and learning,but also can make the students understand themselves better and keep a good mental state.Combining with working practice I try to start this article with the current situation on emotional management and the series of questions about vocational and technical college students,selecting 1322 students from NanChong Secondary Technical School and Zhang Lan Vocational and Technical College,sending emotional management ability questionnaire,and making analysis and discussion on the relation between Background Variables and Correlated Variables.The research results are summarized as follows:1.The ability of emotional management differ from gender and women do better on managing emotion.2.Emotional management has significant professional differences.Among them,students majoring in preschool education has strongest perception on emotion;while students majoring in computer have strongest regulation and control on emotion.3.Emotional management abilities of students coming from different places have significant professional differences.4.Emotional management abilities of students with different families upbringing have significant professional differences.5.Emotional management abilities of students coming from single parent or not have significant professional differences.6.The ability of emotional management differ from students from poverty or not,and the students in non-poor family have better emotional perception,expression and control ability.7.There are significant differences in emotional perception,expression and regulation ability among vocational students in different marks.8.There is no significant difference in the emotional management ability of the secondary vocational students from only-child family or not.Finally,combining the conclusion of empirical research with the analysis of interview on administration staff and teaching staff of these two secondary technique school,I put forward about advice and guidance in ability training of the secondary vocational school:Firstly,in terms of self education,students should strengthen the knowledge of emotion and emotion management,and cultivate a good sense of self-efficacy of emotion regulation;Secondly,in terms of family education,parents should make good use of praise and encouragement,and try to think about family development from the perspective of Multi-generational Family Therapy;Thirdly,in terms of school education,secondary vocational schools should pay attention to the social adaptability of secondary vocational students and strengthen the management of secondary vocational school students;Last but not least,in terms of social education,we call on our country to improve the education system of mental health and to accelerate the implementation of EQ education in secondary vocational schools.
