A Report Of Simultaneous Interpreting For Hebei Railway Public Security Conference For Crime Prevention And Control

Along with the deepening of economic globalization and the increasing frequency of international communication,the significance of translation and interpreting in the international arena is constantly highlighted.Meanwhile,as the first choice for mass distance travel,the importance of railway is self-evident.Therefore,railway safety is closely related to the public.This report recorded and analyzed the simultaneous interpretation of Hebei Railway Public Security Conference for Crime Prevention and Control,which was jointly performed by the author and other interpreters.The author was responsible for interpreting three of the speeches from Chinese into English.The author took the typical cases as the object of analysis,analyzed the difficulties and problems encountered by the author in the process of simultaneous interpreting,and put forward the corresponding solutions.This report is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is a description of the interpreting activity,including the background,nature and requirements of the task;the second chapter is the description of the interpreting process,including pre-interpreting preparations,while-interpreting process and the feedback of clients and foreign experts;the third chapter is case analysis,including the problems encountered and the solutions,and the fourth chapter is the summary of the interpreting activity.
