The Study Of Present Situations And Relations Among The Pressure Source, Coping Style And Mental Health Of Senior High School Students

Senior high school students have to face a variety of pressures,after placement of arts' adap-tation to the new environment,the change and development of adolescent physical and psycholo-gical,college entrance exam pressure,academic pressure,and peer pressure etc.Senior high school students are influenced by the physical and mental health.If you can not correctly deal with them,it is easy to cause physical and psychological problems.Recently,the media has reported that the high school students run away,suicide and other similar things,which draws the attention of the whole society to senior high school students' physical and mental health.This study adopts “The middle school students stress source table”,“Coping style question-naire” and “Middle school student mental health scale table”.530 HSB School of Harbin senior high school students' pressure source,coping style and mental health are measured and investigated.The results shows that:1.The score of high school students' stress source from high to low are studying pressure,pre-ssure of self body and mind and parenting style.2.The source of stress of high school students have significant differences in gender,scienece or arts,grade,urban or rural areas and parents' education level.3.High school students are more used to adopting the “solve the problem "and" ask for help "positive coping style,but fantasy and avoidance coping style is also adopted by many people.4.There are significant differences in gender,grade and parents' educational level among the senior high school students.5.There are significant positive correlations of stress source,coping style and mental health of senior high school students.6.High school students' pressure source and coping style have the function of prediction to the mental health.
