In recent years,with the establishment of Confucius Institutes in Slovenia and the addition of Confucius Classrooms,the Slovenian Chinese international education has developed rapidly.While achieving certain achievements in Slovenian Chinese teaching,we must also realize that there are still many challenges in its development.This article takes four Confucius Classrooms in Slovenia as the research object,and mainly uses field surveys,data collection,interviews,and comparative analysis to understand and master the overall operation of the four Confucius Classrooms.Four Confucius Classrooms in Slovenia are typical representatives of the Confucius Classroom model established by the Confucius Institute.The Central and Eastern European countries are a political culture area with a high degree of similarity.The operation status,management model,and teaching status of the Confucius Classroom in Slovenia have certain practical significance.They found the problems in the development of the Confucius Classroom in Slovenia and put forward solutions to them.It has certain reference value for the preparation of overseas volunteers and the training of overseas teachers for country-based teachers.This article believes that the Confucius Classroom in Slovenia was in its initial stage and was formally incorporated into the national education system.The development has already begun to take shape,and the development situation is good.In terms of teaching,the Confucius Classroom syllabus for Chinese language teaching has a certain guiding significance;local teachers already have a sense of combining teaching and research,and begin to compile localized textbooks;there are also many things to be commended for teachers' management and training.However,there is also a phenomenon of loss of students due to a single class setting and unreasonable class placement criteria;due to the lack of uniform standardized teaching materials,lack of localized teaching materials,and poor syllabus,the teaching results are not good and need to be improved.There is a lack of effective supervision in daily management,no incentives and disciplinary mechanisms,and lack of a clear day-to-day management system.In the operation,the characteristics of the localized operation mode are obvious.Follow-up should continue to deepen the expansion of the Chinese language business and expand the influence of the Confucius Classroom.This article takes the Confucius Classroom's operation status,management mode,and teaching status as the entry point and explores the development mode of the Confucius Classroom.It proposes to change the direct management to indirect management mode,establish Confucius classroom access and elimination mechanism to regulate it,and call for the introduction of scientific Confucius classroom construction standards and quality assessment methods.Advocate the combination of teaching and research,Chinese and foreign efforts to develop local teaching materials,and strengthen the curriculum diversification in order to improve the quality of teaching.Promote the localization operation mode and build a Confucius Classroom with “hematopoietic” function.
